    Usually arrives in 2–4 working days after dispatch. Free for email subscribers. Sign up here.
  • Tracked 24 – £3.80
    Usually arrives in 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Special Delivery – £9.45
    Next working day after dispatch (not guaranteed if dispatched on a Friday or before bank holidays).

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Every piece of Honeydew Club jewellery is handmade. Most items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Made to order items including rings are dispatched within 1 week. This gives me time to make your jewellery, pack it and post it out to you.

All U.K. orders are sent by Royal Mail.

Alternatively you can buy a digital gift card here, delivered by email automatically. You can even choose the date for the gift card to send and include your own message.

International Delivery

£10.80 - 1-4 weeks, depending on location.

Delivery costs are flat rate so you will not be charged extra for buying more than one item.

Customs & Taxes

International orders can sometimes be delayed by customs and may include a charge by your country's postal service. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, so please check if they apply for your location. 

U.S., EU & Northern Ireland Shipping

Due to the current US tariffs and the EU’s new GPSR legislation, I'm not able to ship orders to the U.S., EU or NI for the forseeable future. I hope that this will change when then is a solution for small businesses like mine.

Returns

Returning an item

If something's not quite right, please feel free to get in touch. I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Refunds for returns always include the original cost of delivery.

Earrings are an item that cannot be returned or exchanged, due to hygiene reasons.

Repairing jewellery

If your jewellery needs repair please get in touch and I will be happy to repair it myself, send a replacement or offer a refund.
