When will my order arrive?

Every piece of Honeydew Club jewellery is handmade. Most items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Made to order items including rings are dispatched within 1 week. This gives me time to make your jewellery, pack it and post it out to you.

All U.K. orders are sent First Class by Royal Mail and are expected to arrive within 2-5 working days, or 1-2 weeks for made to order items.

U.K. Special Delivery orders are expected to arrive within 1-3 working days, or 1-2 weeks for made to order items.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and usually arrive within 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.

Is it ready to give as a gift?

Yes! Your jewellery will arrive in a luxury gift box and tied with ribbon ready for gift giving. Plus, you can have your order sent straight to your gift recipient with a personalised message included. Leave your message in the notes section at checkout and I will handwrite it on a complimentary card.

To make your present look extra special, you can also choose to add gift wrapping to your order. Perfect if you'd like to save time and have your gift sent straight to your loved one, already wrapped.

Can I return an unwanted gift?

Absolutely. I gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds for returns always include the original cost of delivery.

Earrings are the only item that cannot be returned or exchanged, due to hygiene reasons.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes - you can purchase a digital gift card here from £10-£200. You'll receive a digital gift card delivered by email automatically. You can even choose the date for the gift card to send and include your own message.

Why recycled packaging?

Recycled packaging looks just as good as regular packaging but is much kinder to the planet.

Honeydew Club packaging is made from recycled materials and is as environmentally friendly as possible. Your jewellery will arrive in an eco-friendly gift box and ribbon, ready for gift giving.

You can also recycle the packaging after use, or store your jewellery in its box.

Can you tell me more about the materials?

- Recycled Sterling Silver

Made from recycled scrap silver, recycled silver is a much more environmentally friendly option for fine jewellery. I use recycled silver for many of my jewellery findings, and currently offer a range of earrings made solely from recycled silver.

- Vintage Brass & Natural Gemstones

As with the nature of gemstones, each crystal or stone is one of a kind. The Geometry & Gemstones collection also features raw vintage brass components, which may have been marked with age. These elements add to a piece’s individual character, making each piece of jewellery unique.

- Vegan Friendly

As a vegan myself I will never use or make jewellery with leather, silk, pearls or any other material that causes harm to animals.

What does ethically sourced mean?

It is very important to me that all the materials I use have been made ethically. This means that the workers have been treated and paid fairly in safe working conditions. All gemstones are responsibly mined and jewellery chain and findings are from trusted U.K. suppliers.

I spend a lot of time finding ethical materials and am committed to only using those from ethical sources. All finished jewellery is handmade by myself in South Wales, U.K.

Jewellery Repairs

If your item has broken I will be more than happy to repair it for you, send a replacement or offer a full refund.

Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best always put it on last and take it off first. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams and water.

Always take off your jewellery before exercise, showering or swimming and if your jewellery does get wet, dry it immediately. This is particularly important for opals which are porous stones and can lose their opalescence if they absorb water.

Silver and brass jewellery does tarnish with wear and time, so keep them stored out of direct sunlight and clean occasionally with a soft cloth. All jewellery is sent wrapped in acid free tissue paper which is perfect to store your jewellery in when not being worn.
